Comparing to typical micro-sized particles, nanpopowders are three orders smaller in length direction, six orders smaller in surface area and nine orders smaller in volume. It possesses the potential of tailoring various material applicatioins. this dissertation evaluate the methodologies of investigating the nanopowder particle sizes and its distribution. Ultrasonic dispersion method adopted to disperse SiC and diamond -graphite mixture nanopowders were presented in detail. Using SiC as the additive in electroplating to develop composite plating was also examined in detail. The experimental data obtained indicate that surface properties can be improved by using this newly developed composite plating process. 李世光 1997 學位論文 ; thesis 91 zh-TW |
