碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 護理學系 === 85 === The purpose of this research is to understand the sexual life, anxiety, and satisfaction of the patients who undergoing total hip replacement (THR). The instrument of research is measure scale designed by researcher, it can measure sexual life and health status of these patients, and there is high internal consistence.In this research, we can understand the factors of sexual life, sexual anxiety, and sexual satisfaction, and we can realize the relationship of the sexual life, anxiety, and satisfaction. The independent variables of this research can predict the sexual life of the patients who were postoperative. In this research, we can understand this operation can improve patients'''''''' sexual life, and we can realize why there were few patients who still thought some bothers in their sexual life. We also understand what sexual information the patients need.
