Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 應用力學研究所 === 85 === The dynamics of a triangular prism vibrating angular sensor is studied in this thesis . Piezoelectric sensor and actuator are used to excite and sensing the vibration of the prism. The modal shape and natural frequency of the beam with the piezoelectric transducers is analyzed and measured . The magnitude and phase of the vibrating beam at the piezoelectric transducers and signal process derived are also analyzed and verified. The vibration induced by the Coriolis force of the rotation is proportional to the rotating speed of the beam.
