Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學系研究所 === 85 === An Optical noncontact 3-D range scanning measurement technique based o n the principle of triangulation is developed. This system is composed of a ha rmless laser light emitter, two CCD cameras, a frame-grabber card, a motor-dri ven positioning stage and a rotary stage. The relationship between the laser s tripe image in the image plane and the related absolute spatial coordinates is constructed by using the least-squares method. The image noises are removed b y linear smoothing filters and Gaussian filters. Moreover, the construction of B-spline Surface reduces the amount of sampled data. This noncontact 3 -D range scanning measurement system is intended for the surface profilometic measurement and 360-deg profilometry. For the large part or complex surface, a complete 3D profile can be integrated through the least-squares method and op timization algorithm of shape error analysis to blend the matching points from two groups of scanned data.
