Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 電機工程學系 === 85 === The goal of this thesis is to develop an integrated simulation model to provide more insight in pathological conditions to extend the survival rate of injured neurons. The other goal is to provide a convenient and useful tool to simulate the dynamic behaviors of neuron without the tedious experimental manipulations. A convenient and user-friendly simulation program with an integrated neuron model was proposed and implemented in this thesis. The simulation system can simulate dynamics of ion channels, modulation of action potentials and the cell volume and pH value regulatory behavior of a single neuron and the simulation results are consistent with experimental data. Additionally, simulating action potentials by CMOS circuits validated the feasibility of simulating neuronal signals by means of hardware implementation.
