A pair of flat mounted button type excitation electrodes and pick-up electrodes, home-made 100KHZ(1mA)sine ware stimulated current source, AC amplifier with gain 500 as a signal conditioning circuit and the low-pass filter as well as 12 bit analog to digital convector(A/D C) to process the signal and convert to the digital signal. A personal computer has been used to process and calculate the HR and RR parameters. The Kubicek's model is employed to calculate the cardiac output (CO). After electrical characterization and test of our designed and implemented ICG measurement system, we also carried out to measure 3 major physiological parameters of the cardiac- pulmonary organs. The preliminary experimental results of this home-made ICG measurement system showed that it has very good repetability and reliability. The accurary of the HR measurement is rough to 3% and CO value is within the reason- able range. The RR value is also presented satisfied results with- in 10% after the digital processing. However, the realisyic accuracy of this three physiological parameters indeed to perform the calibiation with the other methods in future clinic expermental study. 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 電機工程學系 === 85 === The research project is to use the bioelectric impedance
measurement technique that is applied to measure the most
important physilogical parameters of the cardiac-pulmonary
organs, such as heart rate (HR),respiration rate(RR) and
cardiac output (CO) and develop an impedance cardiography.
A pair of flat mounted button type excitation electrodes
and pick-up electrodes, home-made 100KHZ(1mA)sine ware
stimulated current source, AC amplifier with gain 500 as a
signal conditioning circuit and the low-pass filter as well as

Kubicek's model is employed to calculate the cardiac output
(CO).
After electrical characterization and test of our designed
and implemented ICG measurement system, we also carried out
to measure 3 major physiological parameters of the cardiac-
