Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 教育心理學系 === 85 ===   The purpose of this study was to understand the process of feminist consciousness development in Taiwanese women, the factors associated with feminist consciousness development and the roles that society and culture played in the process.   In-depth interviews were conducted to collect three feminists'' (ages above 30)description of their experience of feminist consciousness development. The interview data was transcribed carefully and analyzed by the narrative analysis methods. Then three life stories were written based on the analysed data and the researcher''s interpretation of it.   Afterwards, three life stories were compared and the following findings were discussed:   1.The background factors influencing the process of feminist consciousness were:(1) the family of origin; (2)parents'' conceptions about gender role; (3)educational
