Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 85 === The Ministry of Economic Affairs Science and Technology Projects (MOEA S&T Projects) carry the mission of developing critical science and technology, and extending R&D results for industrial applications. Every year, there are more than eighty MOEA S&T projects conducted by more than twenty organizations. The administrative loading is huge and influences the results of projects significantly. To reduce the loading and speed up the practical applications of R&D results, this research focuses on standardizing (i.e. minimizing the change of) the management for engineering data of the MOEA S&T Projects by introducing Continuous Acquisition and Logistics Support (CALS) strategy and STEP data model. Following the CALS strategy, Standard for Exchange of Product model data (STEP), a standard set by International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is adopted to form the neutral data models for integration and management of product data. After the definition of data models, some data for an electronic scale R&D project are used as an example. Also an engineering data translation test has been conducted using the 3D data provided by ACIS and AutoCAD. The goal of this research is to improve the management and the dissemination of MOEA S&T Projects.
