Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 85 ===   The dynamic characteristics of roller gear cam (RGC) systems under different operating conditions are investigated. The numerical simulation and the experimental measurements of RGC systems are included in this thesis. The effects of RGC can curve, element stiffness and element damping on the response of systems are studied. Element characteristics and input-output function of RGC are employed to derive the equation of motion of the system. The dynamic response of the system under different operating speed is solved by using the 6th order Runge-Kutta method. Comparison between numerical simulation results and experimental measured data indicate that the proposed RGC model is accurate and feasible for simulating the dynamic response of a RGC system.
