碩士 === 國立屏東技術學院 === 資訊管理技術研究所 === 85 === As a result of increasing dependence on information by individual enterprise, and govenment,the information service business is bound to become the primary industry worldwide.Due to the expanding environment,competition among information service business skyrockets.However, in order to take lead, marketing policy plays an extremely vital role. The scope of this research includes local information service business'sales system mechanism and structured into 5 subsystems and 18 sales mechanisms. Based on these 18 sales mechanisms,interviews and polls and directed toward local information service business with the following findings: 1.The sales system approach established by this research does satisfy the requirement of software development servicing business. 2.The utilization of computerized processing of sales mechanism by software development servicing business are quite common,yet remains to be expanded. 3.Majority of the managers in software business are affirmative toward the ability of sales information system to enhance competition proficiency. 4.Different product types and scale among software development servicing business vary the requirement and importment of sales system.
