Since government left the martial law, the political and economical environment progress tremendously, society toward multi-development, at the same time, It may lead Basic-level Officers retirement from the military once they finish the voluntary tenure. Tuunover will cost a lot of Defense expenditure, so how to attain the cherishes asset is the huge challenge in the military.
The research sample is selected from Basic-level Officers who are accepted high-level military training course. The purpose of study try to explore the relationship between different demographic, job satisfaction, work-value, leadership style, job characteristics and turnover propensity.
In this thesis, the main outcomes as follow:
1.Different sex, scholarship degree and tenure have distinguished turnover propensity among basic-level officers.
2.Different scholarship degree has distinguished attitude toward job satisfaction among basic-level officers.
3.Work that has a feeling of autonomy and significance, leader''s initiating and consideration have direct effect on internal satisfaction. Leader''s initiating and consideration, social-value and Work that has a feeling of autonomy and significance have direct effect on external satisfaction. Reward-value, Work that has a feeling of autonomy and feedback and Leader''s consideration has an direct effect on turnover propensity.
4.Work that has a feeling of autonomy and significance, leader''s initiating and consideration through job satisfaction have indirect effect on turnover propensity.
5.Job satisfaction and turnover propensity have a causal negative relationship.
