Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 機械工程學系 === 85 === Rotating machinery is used frequently in industry such as turbomachinery, generator, motor, etc. Working speed of most rotating machinery is usuallydesigned between the first critical speed and the second critical speed. Thus, we hope that the rotor can pass through critical speeds fast to reduce effects of resonance. However, the inherent flaws or manufacturing defects in the material will result in the crack, so a transient dynamic and vibrationconditions of rotor-bearing system with cracked shafts under a centrifugal fore is cased by disks of this system is proposed in this paper. On the basis ofTimoshenko beam theory, the transfer matrix method was used in this paper. Beamsegments were combined with to deal with the frequency and the correspondingmode shape of the cracked shaft.Lagrange''s equation of motion is used todetermined equation of motion.By means of the numerical method ( Newmark BetaMethod, Wilson Theta Method and Houbolt Method, etc.) ,vibration conditions of this system can be analyzed .
