Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 化學系 === 85 === The purpose of this study is to determinate levels of organic acid (e.g. formic and acetic acid) in stratoform clouds observed at the Bamboo Mt. during the northeast monsoon season. We also determinated the concentration of other ions and calculated their contribution to cloud acidity. The concentration of formic acid and acetic acid ranged in 0.42-69.66 meq/l(mean=0.95meq/l)and 0.46-77.93 meq/l( mean=10.99meq/l),respectively.The acidity of cloudwater contributed by SO4,NO3 and RCOO, was 71.12%,26.43,and 2.45%,respectivity. The result showed that the contribution of organic acid was relatively low.High ratio of nssSO4/NO3 indicated that most of acidic substances cloud be contributed through long-range transport.High regression coefficient between formic and acetic acid indicated that both acids may have the same sources. Besides, the pH value of cloudwater cloud be elevated due to the decomposition of formic and acetic acid.
