This research studies the effects of benzyltriethylammonium hlochloride and benzyltributylammonium chloride organic salts n thon the vapor-liquid equilibria of ethanol-water systems at onstconstant pressure by experiment. The vapor-liquid equilibrium adata are correlated by modified Wilson equation, modified RTL eNRTL equation and preferential-solvation model. Since, the aramparameters of three models must be determined from the xperimenexperimental data of the vapor pressures of organic salt solutions. Thus, this research also process the measuring of hethe vapor pressures of organic salt solutions of enzyltrimethylBenzyltrimethylammonium chloride- ethanol, enzyltriethylammoniumBenzyltriethylammonium chloride- ethanol, and enzyltributylammonBenzyltributylammonium chloride- ethanol. The effects of the rgaorganic salts on the vapor- liquid equilibria of ethanol-water imixture can be observed from the experimental results and omparcompared to those of inorganic salt on the same mixtures.
