Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 化學工程學系 === 85 === AbstractThe preparation of spherical microcapsules by using two-
steps coating method was developed. By the two-steps coating
method ,the drug loss can be reduced. The following effects, the
different core wall ratio of microcapsules, the drug loss of
microcapsules and the behavior of drug release were studied.
This project also studied the size distribution ,drug contents
and release rateof different products and their surface
structure by SEM. Furthermore, the release kinetic patterns of
different microcapsules were studied.The results indicates that
the drug loss reduced from 54.3% to 41.2% by using two-steps
coating method. Dissolution studies showed that the range of
T20(the time at which 20% of the drug is released) of
microcapsules prepared by two-steps coatiog method was from 2h
to 35.4h.The range of T20 of microcapsules prepared with pure TH
was from 2.7h to 7.7h. The drug release of the same series
microcapsules reduced with the increase of EC.With over amount
of EC, there would have inverse phenomena. However,the release
behavior of various microcapsules fitted the first order release
model and Higuchi spherical matrix release model. And the
release behavior of microcapsules prepared by two-steps coating
method fitted the zero order release model.
