resource management fieled and is one of the important factors
of labor relationship harmonyly.what''s more,the pay will also
affect employees'' working attitude.It''s key factor is equity.So
the thesis will do some research between the pay rules and pay
equity perception,and also discuss the relationship between
working attitude and the justice perception. The thesis select
10 department stores,153 fundational employees to be the
reaerch samples.The statistic methods is including description
statistics,Pearson corelation analysis,multiple regression
analysis.The concludsion is:1.The item " the degrees of
employees realize their pay rules" affects all the items of pay
equity significantly;The item"the degrees of running the pay for
performance rule" affects the four items of the pay equity
perception significantly;The item "compensation equity" only
affect oneof the pay equity perception items significantly;The
item "compensation adminisration" didn''t affect any items.2.The
distribution justice perception and procedure justice perception
both affect the organization commitment and job satisfaction.3.
The item "the degrees of employees realize their pay rules"
affects the job satisfaction and job involvement,that is to say
HR manager may improve employees'' working attitude through
corporation pay rules directly,or through the employees''pay
