The distribution of residual stresses from this module is the main concern.   The finite element code ─ ABAQUS/Explicit was used as a numerical tool. The feed speed of roller, rotating speed of foller, rotating speed of mandrel, and the coefficient of friction were chosen as parameters during the process of analysis. The relations between manufacturing paramerers and the spinning tubes were obtained by the finite-element analysis module. The analysis results were then used to verify the strength properties of spinning products.
