in seconds. Office autom-ation can certainly increase an
organization*s productivity. However, withoutcareful planning
and assessment, it could such organization*s operations.The
purpose of this thesis was to systemize the procedures of OA
planning, execution and performance evaluation. The successful
OA deployment experience of ITRI/MRL was analyzed to back up the
OA deployment model proposed. The expectant contribution are:1.
Giving the concrete suggestion about the OA implementation.2.
Giving the concrete feasible OA implementation model 3. Giving
