Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 85 === Taguchi method has been widely implemented in industry off-line
quality control. Until now, most of the applications are
focused on the optimization of a single-response in a static
system. In order to satisfy the requirements of a production
design, optimization of a dynamic system has received more
attentions in the recent years. However, due to the increasing
complexity of the production design, more than one quality
characteristic must be considered simultaneously to improve the
production quality. Hence optimizing multiple responses
simultaneously in a dynamic system becomes an important issue.
This thesis proposes a procedure which utilizing the regression
analysis and desirability function to optimize the multi-
response problem in a dynamic system. First, the regression
analysis is used to find out the significant control factors
which affect the quality variation and the adjustment factors
which affect the sensitivity of a system. Next, through the
desirability function, the overall production quality can be
optimized. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed procedure
is verified with a example of analyzing a biological reduction
of ethyl acetoacetate process experiment.
