The main origin of the crises were derived from the dualism of body and mind. It was found that Qigong-mind-body was formulated by the theory and practice of "Qi" which focused on the idea of "mind body oneness". This disclosed the true meaning of sports with a complete unity of the mind and body as a whole through the transformation of "Qi" by continue practicing. The significance of Qigong-mind-body in relation to the modern sports was to overcome the weakness of the dualism. It embodied the valuation of sports and humanity. The philosophy of Qigong-mind-body initiated and developed a creative sports experience which led the body to an access to the world. The results of this research indicated that the practice of Qigong was an essential element towards the combination of the theory of "mind-body oneness" and the philosophy of modern sports. 戚國雄 1997 學位論文 ; thesis 92 zh-TW |
