Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程學系 === 85 === In recent years, many industrial electrical records suggest that more and more power quality problems, such as over-current in capacitor, mistake action of power electronic elements etc., are due to the power system harmonic effects. No matter in the academic fields or industry fields, how to eliminate power system harmonics is a very important subject because more and more unusual phenomena happen in the power system. Of course, the main reason of harmonics producing is the existence of nonlinear loads that consist of the device and equipment combined from the power electronic elements. Applications for solid-state equipment continue to increase, because of their ability to help conserve energy and provide better control of traditional and new processes. Thus, many elimination methods to power system harmonics are provided. This is the first prescript of design method: Converters with load in operation should not produce any harmonics. The author of this paper achieves his thought to get rid of harmonics producing in power electronic region, though, which is the cause of power system harmonics. Multipulse converters can be applied to realized so-called "clean" power converters, which are of major interest in higher power ratings. The more inexpensive manufactured product and the more convenient design technique are two main purposes of this paper.
