In general, the software engineering is an effort to develop applications that include requirement analysis, systme design and system maintenance. Therefore, how to decrease development time and cost is a very important topic. (There has some product about Rapid Application Development (RAD) that support a fast developing environment for producing the application of database.) So, using RAD as a tool to develop software must be a consideration of the future.   This paper proposes a method of producing software quickly in the application of the database. The method uses a kind of specification, which is based on use case, in order to assemble programs directly. And , the specifications must combine with other specifications which present the work flow of the system and user interface as the middle code between use case and program.
