This trials of Health Insurance IC FISC Card which is held on Penhu. Among those hospitals which join the trials of Health Insurance IC FISC Card, their computer systems can be divided into theree kinds of system structures, single computer operation, local area network (Novell & Windows) and Unix network System. This paper will discuss how Health Insurance IC FISC Card exits on the three computer systems and how to solve their problems by IC Interface Software.
This paper has 7 chapters as follows:
Chapter 1: Preface, introducing the background, how is IC Card used by people now, and the motive of research.
Chapter 2: The hardware framework of Health Insurance IC FISC Card, and its operation system.
