Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 資源工程學系 === 85 === Recently, liberalization has been sweeping across the petroleum industry in the world. Facing the impacts from liberalization and internationalization policies of the government, the Taiwan monopoly oil market will be opened and linked to international oil business. The Chinese Petroleum Corporation, as a state- owned company, will be forced to compete in free oil products market. That will lead the oil products market structure in demand and in supply to an uncertain situation.Dramatic changes in oil products market structure will incure many new issues, for examples:what*s policies the refiners and the government should take to balance the market? will they work? *.et al. All of these are important issues waiting for answers. The feedback analysis of System Dynamics is a proper method to approach the above mentioned problems. However, up to now, it has hardly been used to do so in Taiwan. The purpose of this reserch is to use System Dynamics approach to formulate a「virtual laboratory」for the oil products market in Taiwan. By using the「laboratory」, policies from both refiners and the government will be simulated. It is hoped that the research could provide useful information in proper balancing the oil products market.
