mass and dampingcoefficients for ships with forward speed. This
paper presents the the calculation of hydrodynamic coefficients
for bodies at both zero and non-zero forwardspeed. For the zero
speed case the results of the hydrodynamic coefficients
comparison indicate that the present method gives good results
with a small number of control panels. For the non-zero speed
case the results of hydrodynamiccoefficients are compared with
some experimental data, and the calculation in this paper gives
good results with appropriate number of control panels.
