How to check the fatigue strength of the structure components of ship efficiently has become the important subject in analyzing the strength of ship. Based on the definition of a ship structural element from the Class society, this study will be made to justify the proper material constants associated with the famous crack growth prediction method-the Paris Law by means of experiment.
