Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系 === 85 === In this thesis, the high temperature superconducting materials (HTS) is used to design a magnetic levitation transportation system. Recently, with the advance of materials processing techniques, the very large singlegrained Y-Ba-Cu-O (YBCO) superconductor can be produced by Top-Seedingand Melt-Texturing( TSMT) method. The superconductor is used with Meissnereffect to make the designed magnetic suspension system containing liquid nitrogen suspended stably. The transportation system can be supplied tothe semiconductor manufacturing process to move objects, because it has the advantage of no noise and dust. Since the parameters of the suspension system always change with time due to the evaporation of liquid nitrogen, the author use fuzzy logicalalgorithm to control the magnetic levitation system to overcome such aproblem. In the position control, the author adapt and compare the responses of PD control and fuzzy logical control. In the speed control, the author use PID control to control the speed-feedback system.
