碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 企業管理學系 === 85 === Thesis:Study in how the networt of industrail coorperation relatively the advatage of competition.Abstract content of thesis: Along with the uninterrupted change of the economic environment andthe industrail structure,the enterprises no longer fought along to maintaintgeir own benefit,but in the way of cooperation,alliance instead of competition.The enterprises share and reciprocal mutually wint resources,they integrateresourses from externality to internality,they base on the system of industrialmanagement to build up the shape and development of network in the field ofenterprises.Thus,when the time of facing threat and opportunity,the crisiswill be traniformed into a turning point, and the threat will be turned into anenergy,On the foundation of complementary mutuality,trust in each other andco-existence & co-prosperity,the advantage of competition within enterprisescould be created while those oppertunities are arriring. The aim of this study is for researching what types of manufacture networkcan be devided in reality? And how are the peculiarities?What are the a advantageand superiority to the enterprises by constructing the network? How to maintain?Using the research of document, structuree of concept,the topic as the finalcoudusion and suggestion, as well as keep on researching this subject andpresent the subsequence.According to the four selected case study as followings,-----Taiwain panasonic center-satellite factory system.-----Shinjwu scientific industrial area cooperation system.-----Northern percision foundry association coorperation system.-----Defence industial development promote organization.The coorperative network have been revised into three types:-----The 1st type:vertical center-satellite coorperative system.-----The 2nd type:horizontal coorperative system.-----The 3rd type:network co-existance coorperative system.Moreover,the advantage of comretition also have been generilized into 5 items:-----reduction of cost -----complementary resources-----burden of economy-----choice of policy For maintaining the superiority,this study has generilized the objectivenetwork within organizations, the definite principlas and common sense,applicable management system of network, The benefits of network should beof performance, the complementary truct and arbitration,this study will offersuggestion or subsequent suggestion.
