The higher the career management level in organization,the more positive the employees'' job attitudes. That is, the careermanagement in organization could improve the employees'' job attitudes.Characteristic like company position could interfere the relation betweencareer management and job attitudes.It is recommended that different career activities such as trainning,career counseling, performance evaluation and reward ought to be takeninto practice in accordance with employees'' needs to enhanceemployees'' job attitudes.
