industry -This study intends to probe the correlation between
careermanagement in organization and job attitudes of
femaleemployees in service industry and by introducing the
individualcharacteristics and family related factors as the
mediatorvariables to clarify their true relationship.Factor
analysis was launched to obtain seven factors fromcareer
management in organization including "career counselingand
development", "performance evaluation and reward", "trainning"
and so on. The higher the career management level in
organization,the more positive the employees'' job attitudes.
That is, the careermanagement in organization could improve the
employees'' job attitudes.Characteristic like company position
could interfere the relation betweencareer management and job
attitudes.It is recommended that different career activities
such as trainning,career counseling, performance evaluation and
reward ought to be takeninto practice in accordance with
employees'' needs to enhanceemployees'' job attitudes.
