focused by the concerned authority.MR.CHEN,Taipei city major was
chosen by citizezs,so he takes some measures by the need of of
people.Besides,the policing serviceis focused since the majro
CHEN into Taipei city government. In order to know what is
the most important for people and gives some suggestions to
police authority ,we ask some questions to citizens of Taipeiand
hope that we can consrtct the performance target of policing
service. Accorrding the debate of theories and the
statistical analysis to the questions we can build the
conclusions for the research.The performance targetsare eauity,
response,usefulness,reliability and timeliness.And the end,we
make some suggestions .First,the police authority should build
the net of police service.Second ,the police authorith should
build a evaulation plan for police work.Third,the police leader
should give a creative space to sub-station leaderbeyone the law
by espical situation.
