Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 昆蟲學系 === 85 === English summary The developmental time of nymph of the green peach aphid (Myzus persicae(Sulzer) ) on raddish has no significant difference among different photoperiodsof 6L:18D、8 L:16D、10L:14D、12L:12D、14L:10D、16L:8D and 18L:6D,no matter the temperatures are at 10℃、15℃、20℃or 25℃. However, thereare significant differences among various temperatures, the developmental time of nymph is the longest at 10℃and the shortest at 25℃. The percentage of alate formed is the highest at 15℃, and next at 10℃, undervarious photoperiods after the aphids singly reared for 5 successive generations. However, there is no any alatae emerged at 20℃and 25℃. The percentage ofalate formed is the highest at the photoperiod of 10L:14D at both 10℃and15℃.The percentage of alatae formed reached the highest of 3.81﹪in the thirdgeneration at 10L:14D when the aphids singly reared successively at 10℃.However, at 15℃, the percentage of alatae increased with the increasing ofsuccessive rearing generations, and reached to the highest of 7.62﹪in the5th generation. In comparison of the green peach aphids reared on two different host plantsat temperature 15℃and photoperiod 10L:14D, the percentage of alatae formedon raddish sprouts showed higher than that on cabbage leaves. When the nymphssingly reared on raddish sprouts after their mother adults were crowding reared, the percentage of alate formed was higher at 6L:18D and 10:14D than thatat 14L:10D and 18L:6D either at 10℃or at 15℃. When the aphid nymphs reared under the density of 1 nymph/leaf after theirmother adults singly reared on cabbages, there is no any alate formed at varioustemperatures. However, when nymphs reared at the densities of 10 nymph /leafand 20 nymph/leaf , the alate formed in all of the various temperatures tested, and the highest percentage of alate was 22.5﹪and 27.5﹪, respectively atthese two densities under 10L:14D at 15℃. The percentage of alate formedapparently was higher when the nymphs singly reared after their mother aphidsreared under crowding of 10 adult/leaf than their mothers under singly reared, furthermore in this case, the nymphs were also reared at crowding densitiesinstead of singly reared, the percentage of alate was significantly furtherincreased. When the nymphs were reared at the density of 20 nymph/leaf aftertheir mother aphids crowding reared, the percentage of alate formed was higherabout 7 time at 15℃than their mothers singly reared, and those about 5 timeshigher at 10℃.In conclusion of the studies of the factors effect on the formationof alates in related to the various temperatures, photoperiods and aphid densities, the higest percentage of alate formed appeared in the conditions of 15℃,6L:18D, after mother aphids crowded for 5 days and at the density of 20 nymph/leaf.
