漿與水泥砂漿所表現出來的質流行為,能夠了解組成材料間之比例關係.基
於此觀點,本文首先探討水泥漿之強塑劑最佳添加量,其次,測求砂含量對
水泥漿體黏滯性的影響,接著添加不同用量的粗骨材於具良好流動性的砂
漿中,進一步探討出擁有良好工作度的HPC配比範圍. 試驗結果顯示,藉
由測求水泥砂漿的質流性質來推導HPC的配比,可獲致相當不錯的結果.另
外,利用此試驗方法所拌製的新拌混凝土,其強度可符合台灣現階段的HPC
要求.
The workability of HPC basically depends on the viscosity of
mortar.We canrealize the mixture proportion of materials from
the rheological behavior of paste and mortar.base on this
viewpoint,the best content of superplasticizersfor paste was
firstly investigated in this research.Then,the influence of the
filling ratio of sand to the viscosity of cement paste was
tested.The aggregates were subsequently added into the morrtar
that has good fluidity to determine the range of the mixture
proportion of HPC with fine workability. Test result reveals
that appropriate mixture proportions of HPC are possible to be
derived with the measurement of the rheological behavior of
mortar.Besides, the strength of HPC produced with this method is
found to be corresponding tothe requirements of HPC in Taiwan.
