After liposome incubated in free radical soluctions, the result show that concentraction of MDA, the products of membrane peroxidation, was reduced from 1.943 mmo1/1 to 1.26 mmo1/1 for 30% of hydrogenated PC/toat1 PC case. The viscosity of PE-PEG/LEH is lower then that of LEH at all of tested shear rates. There are less interactions, by measuring the viscosity among the PE-PEG/LEH with fibrinogen and Gelatin suspensions compared to LEH but adverse effect in observed for Dextran (e.q. the value for PE-PEG/LEH/Dextran 70C 3.60cp, and for LEH/Dextran 70C 1.75cp). Base on the results, we can improve antioxidation capability and reduce aggregation process of LEH by above mention methods. 鍾次文 黃義侑 1997 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW |
