Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 企業管理學系 === 85 === Recently, many scholars emphasized the importance of core competencies to consolidate the competitive advantage, but they didn''t clarify how to accumulate or establish core competencies for the organization will be more effective. Some of the scholars paid attention to the organizational learning theory, because the theory describes the business enterprise could create the core knowledge and competitive advantage by internal lerrning activities and interaction.
This study is expected to explore which fctor will impact the creation styles of organizational knowledge by case studying for some benchmarking in Taiwan.
After deeply analysing and comparing, we find the key factor affected organiztlional learning system and style is the understanding degree for core knowledge, it''s named"developmental cycles of core knowledge" in our work.
If the organiztaional''s developmental cycles of core knowledge is in the "start," 1)its product-process focus will be product; 2)its value-chain focus will be on design/make;3)its knowledge source is entirely internal;4)its documentation mode is emphasize on personal;5)its dissemination mode is highly informal,and 6)its learning focus is innovative.
If the organizational''s developmental cycles of core knowledge is in the "quick develop", 1)its product-process focus will be on peoduct;2)its valre-chain focus will the on desing/make;3)its knowledge source is internal oriented; 4)its documentation mode is more collective;5)its dissemination mode is highly informal,strurctured and 6)its learning focus is balanced.
If the organizational''s developmental cycles of core knowledge is in the "maturation", 1)its product-prcess focus will be on process; 2)its value-chain focus will be on market/deliver; 3)its knowledge source is mainly internal but it also learns from events that take place outside; 4)its documentation mode is balanced between personal and collective; 5)its dissemintion mode is more informal, and 6)its learning focus is clearly on incremental.
If the organizational''s developmental cycles lf core knowledge is in the "transformation," 1)its product-process focus will be on process; 2)its value-chain focus will be on market/deliver; 3)its knowledge source is balanced;4)its documentation mode is emphasize on personal;5)its dissemination mode is highly informal,and 6)its learnign focus is transformative.
