碩士 === 中山醫學院 === 生物化學研究所 === 85 === Crocetin(藏紅酸)是類胡蘿蔔素的衍生物，普遍存在於水果及蔬菜。過去發現Crocetin可以經由PKC的路徑抑制TPA的癌促進作用，並且且抑制 TPA誘導fos，jun RNA的表現。許多正常細胞其訊息傳遞蛋白表現不正常，而使細胞趨向癌化。利用C6老鼠腦腫瘤細胞，加入EGF來刺激其細胞生長，再以Crocetin處理細胞，觀察是否對細胞EGF訊息傳遞路徑的蛋白產...
