In the way of theory , the screwed rectangle passage of cooling system is the object of study , we develop a solid-fluid coupled structure heat transfer program , on the basis of results from the program analysis , we use the training method of neural network to find the temperature with respect to dimensions of passage , then we proceed with optimum design of dimensions of passage. In the way of experiment , we build anearly intact simulated equipment of cooling system , the measuring parame- teters are temperature , pressure , pressure loss and the power of heat gener-ation from motor , the results shows that we get the distribution of tempera- ture field and then the theories are identified as the results we measure out.
