Quite often, the negotiation outcome is not satisfying because of incomplete information, insufficient communicationchannels, weak negotiation skills and time pressure. The last decade hasseen negotiation support systems(NSS) research focusing on theory and system framwork, but few on empirical research. The purpose of this study is to try to find the relation between coalition formation and task difficulty, and NSS. the results show that NSS could bring profit distribution closer to Perato optimal, and help generate more proposalsin the negotiation process, but would require more time. We also foundthat task difficulty and the use of NSS have no clear effects on negotiation climate. Kuang-Wei Wen 溫光偉 1997 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
