Therefore, the above researches are with little practical value.Under the pre-condition of not changing the system architecture of World Wide Web, this paper trys to apply multicast and realtime transmission methodologies to simulate the cable TV. Users can open the channel they want on World Wide Web via a user firendly interface and the users who open the same channel will enjoy the same program synchronously.
