Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智工學院 === 化學工程學系 === 84 === Two-phase reaction can proceed under mild reacton conditon by phase-transfer catalysis. The phase-transfer catalysis has been used on various synthesis of organic reaction. However, carboxylation and acidifation are little discussedin the field. Moreover, phase-transfer catalysis is a variablue synthesis technique in transition metal chemistry. Use the phase-transfer caatalysis as cocatalysts with transition metal compunds offer some additional options and advantages compared to the conventional reaction.Phase-transfer catalyst and organometallic(iron pentacarbonyl, Fe(CO)5) first react to produce organometal-phase-transfer catalyst in an organic solvent/ alkaline solution, and then react with -bromo-p- xylene(RX) to produce 1,3-bis (4-methylphenyl) ketone. The contents discussed in the text are divided into three parts : various factors for reaction ,reaction mechanism and reaction rate expression. In the part of various factors ,the factors are the flow rate of nitrogen ,agigation rate , amount of catalyst ,volume ratio ,kinds of catalysts, organic solvent, and organometallics, temperature...etc. were evaluated to find the optimun condition. In the part of reaction mechanism according to the experimental results and the literature resources, the reaction mechanism was proposed. The reaction path was varified. The reaction rate expression was developed from reaction mechansion. the kinetic parameters were obtained.
