Summary:碩士 === 台北市立師範學院 === 初等教育學系 === 84 === The purpose of this research was to understand the elementary educators'' perceptions for clinical supervision,to investigate the differences of perceptions for clinical supervision between elementary educators'' demographic variables and schools'' enviromental variables. This study employed the survey method, utilizing the (Elementary Educators'' Perceptions for Clinical Supervision questionnaire)developed by this researcher.The subjects included 579 educators from 32 elementary schools in Taipei area. Results were analyzed using the inferentical statistic of ANOVA and MANOVA. The findings of this study were:1.There was above average perception for clinical supersion among elementary educators.2.Significant differences existed between elementary ducators'' demographic variables (gender,seniority,duty, academics degree)with regard to total perceptions and factors of perceptions for clinical supervision.3.A significant difference existed between the areas of school with regard to factors of perceptions for clinical supervision.
