Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育資料科學學系 === 84 === The main purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation checklist of perservice teacher in secondary school. Sixty experts were identifed and their perceptions regarding preservice teacher evaluation were sought in modified two rounds Delphi process. An evaluation checklist of preservice teacher is established based on the study result. The investigation was conducted by questionnaire survey. The questionnaire for secondary school preservice teacher evaluation checklist comprised five parts:(1) Instruc-tional skill; (2) Personal relationship;(3) Communicational skill; (4)Class MANAGEMENT; (5)Professional development, with 54 items totally. The major findings of this study are: 1. Among 54 items, expert panel ranked from important to very important and reached high consensus on 51 items, middle cconsesus on 3 items. 2. Among five parts of secondary school preservice teacher evaluation checklist, the most important one is instructional skills, the others by their order of importance are: professional dev- elopment, class management, personal relationship, and the last one is communicational skill.
