碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育資料科學學系 === 84 === Internet 上雖有許多珍貴的資訊但缺乏完善的組織與整理，使用者 常難以找到其所需要的網路資源。本研究嘗試將 Internet 資源特性做一 有系統且深入的解析，同時掌握目前所發展的網路資源檢索工具，以歸納 搜尋 Internet 資源的各種途徑。希望整合這些途徑，滿足不同的需求。 本研究首先探討國內外相關主題文獻，配合實際的操作，並參加網路論壇 ，以分析網路資源的種類及特性，勾劃出 Internet 資源的全貌；進一步 探討 Internet 上各種資源指引的應用，以期掌握利用Internet 資源的 羅盤； 最後嘗試找出搜尋 Internet 資源的途徑，根據不同的需求試擬 搜尋 Internet 資源的策略。 針對不同問題所試擬的搜尋策略，以問 卷調查有經驗的網路資源使用者的意見，做為修正策略的參考。經調查結 果，本研究將問題類型規劃為五種：(1) 簡單主題資源之搜尋；(2) 研究 性資源之搜尋；(3) 持續搜尋的資源；(4) 特別型態資源之搜尋；(5) 搜 尋人為的幫助。各類型的問題可應用不同策略，各策略之下皆建議採行不 同的搜尋途徑。這些搜尋途徑包括使用各種資源檢索工具、瀏覽主題目錄 、訂閱相關電子期刊、加入討論群的討論及搜尋討論群的訊息等。 There are valuable information on the Internet but most of themare not well-organized. This study conducted to investigate the fea-tures of Internet resources and generated some possible searching strategies for helping network users to retrieve needed information. According to the personal empirial operation and informationretrived from the relative literatures and newsgroups, this studyoutline the profile of Internet resources and analysis various search-ing tools on the Internet. Several searching strategies are presetfor meeting different users'' demands. The strategies are also aimed tomake a combined applicationn to find any resource on the net. A questionnaire was administered to those experienced net usersto gain their searching strategies. Accordingly, this study have iden-tified five categories of searchng problems: (1)Searching resources forsimple answers; (2)Searching resources for research; (3)Searching re-sources for updating study; (4)Searching for particular resources; (5)Searching for human resources. Several different searching strategiesare recommanded and they include using various resources searchingengines, browsing subject catalogs, subscribing electronic journals,participating in the discussion of newsgroups, searching the messagesof newsgroups, etc.
