applications. In high NOconcentration ﹐ NH3 slip becomes a
problem in operating a SNCR Process. Inthis thesis we try to
control operation parameters ﹔ such as ratios ofCH4/NH3
﹑ H2/NH3 ﹑ H2O2/NH3 and the residence time of CH4 ﹑ H2 ﹑
H2O2added under the SNCR Process. In NOx reduction higher
than 50% ﹐ NH3 slipconcentration less than 10 ppm ﹐ in
1083~1383K temperature range ﹐ CH4 andH2 added at the 0.6
second of a 0.8 second reaction time period ﹐ we findthat
need to add CH4/NH3=1 ratio or H2/NH3=1.5 raatio that make NH3
slip lessthan 10ppm and NOx reduction higher than 50%. Besides
﹐ adding CH4 and H2 inthe SNCR Process has the same result as
adding CH4 only.
