Dynesty,has notonly been a very important organisation in China''
s private lecture system,and has also became the model of the
spirits of China''s higher educational organisation for thousands
of years.The Academy empharsized on "considering the Cultural
Personalities as a whole",that is "the combination of
personalities,scholastic abilities and achievements".In
Philosophical point of view,one of itssignificant is to place a
deep thought on the dilema of "the ideals" and "the practical",
and trying to cultivate "wisdoms" and "determinations" of a
person.Inthis paper,I am trying to make a research in the topic
of "Educational Philosophy" in order to interprete the
"contents" and the "values" of The Academy of Classical Studies.
I will divide the paper into three main topics,namely "The
Education On Personalities","The training On Scholastic
Abilities"and "Achievements and Undertakings".Chapter one:To
explain the intensions,methode of study andthe aims of this
paper.That is to explain the relationships between the
"Educational Philosophy" and the studies on "Academy Of
Classical Studies".Chapter Two:To explain the origines of the
Academy;the characteristics and the contentsof the "Educational
Philosophy".Chapter Three:Analyse the contents of "Education On
Personalities",inclusive of the ideals and aims of the academy
on both her connition and values.Chapter Four:Analysed the
characteristics of "The Training On Scholaristic Abilities"
especially on the relationships within the history of China''s
scholarships and the history of Chinese ideas.Chapter Five:Focus
on how the Academy fulfilled her aims of "Achievements" and
"undertaking" in order to make a further explanation on how the
Academy making her plans on "independent in economy" and
"propegation to the public".Chapter Six:To make acomparison on
"Educational Philosophy" between The Academy of Classical
Studiesand universities from the West.To sum up the
characteristics of their ideals on"Cultural Personalities" and
thus figures up the enlighterment brings to the "reforms of
modern education" and the "modern living".
