In the same period, the construction contractors are facing the tougher investment environment, high land cost, lack of technical workers, rising wages etc.. How to use new construction methods and technology to reduce construction cost, spend less time, enhance quality and improve construction safety has become one of the main issues of today''s construction industry. The high rise building Partial-Precast- Layered method provide an effective solution. Partial-Precast- Layered method is deemed to be one of the main stream of future construction methods. However, it has not yet been adopted in many sites, people are not familiar with its operation processes and management, which have seriously affected contractors'' willingness to adopt this construction method. Therefore, by using rational evaluation procedure of Parttial- Precast-Layered method and try to improve its works to the expected effectiveness. Also,this research conclude the problem of Partial-Precast-Layered method during its planing, manufacturing, and construction satges and try to find Accompanied with the standardization of working processes, this construction method could be effectively managed. Finally, this research discusses its problems resulted in the construction processes, such an analysis could provide reference to the contractors and improve the construction technology.
