碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 84 === This paper is based on Typology , Graph Theory , Morphology , especially on spatial orientation , to evaluate the three bedroom type of Public Housing Unit as well as its characteristic research . The theses include: components and classification of the Public Housing Unit, planar analysis of the living space, component relation of the housing function as well as further discussion, comparison and discussion between the general housing unit and in their evolution. There are four conclusions in the text. Firstly , the classification of the size of housing unit depends on the quantity of bedroom in the house . Secondly , the spatial core of the housing unit is Living room , Dinning room , Kitchen and Corridor because it responses the continuity of the housing function and relation as well as the living characteristics of the public space and the private room . Moreover , the concept of the spatial core also influences on the living principle of house , especially on the demand of function , the improvement of spatial quality , the expression of spatial ethics and impression, the factor of economy . Thirdly, Functions of spaces in Public Housing Units has varied little, but spatial relationship has been changed readily. Fourthly , the information and data acquired from the application and analysis of this text will be helpful to the Public Housing description and the spatial generation . Consequently , the orientations of the future research . Concerning the Public Housing Unit will be strengthening the comparison and discussion of the different size of unit ; applying the preceding analyses to observing other type of housing units ; utilizing the present information and result from the case study mentioned in this paper to establishing the new database and the method of application .
