The composite contour will make vanes have good motive characteristics and contact the inner wall all the time. It will also reduce the vibration and noise, and eliminate the wear between vanes and stator inner wall. Additionally, we keep the proper distance between suction region and discharge region to prevent gas leakage effectively. The composite contour of stator inner wall is constructed by the curves of Fourier sine expansion and arcs. Consider air as working fluid to build the mathematics model of compressor to do geometric analysis, thermodynamic analysis and dynamic analysis.
