Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 園藝學研究所 === 84 === Seven intergroup hybrid lilies: NW × San-1, NW × San-2, #10
× San-1, #10 × PS-1, Km2 × Ast-10, Gelria × Ast-1 of L/A
hybrid and LD × CB of L/O hybrid were used to be materials to
evaluate precocity, earliness and heat tolerance. In rosette
stage, there were 12 ~ 14 rosette leaves in L/A hybrids and 11 ~
14 rosette leaves in L/O hybrid under 30/25 ℃ temperature regime
for 16 weeks. The feature exhibited medium to high vigorness of
rosette growth pattern. These hybrids emerge shoot and bloom by 7
~ 8 monthes when they are under 25 ~ 35 ℃ temperature regimes
while it was 10 ~ 11 monthes under 13 ~ 25 ℃ temperature
regimes. This indicated that the high vigorness to rosette growth
pattern and precocity were heredity dominant. In L/A hy In heat
tolerance experiment, hybrids exhibited high vigorness to rosette
growth under 25 ~ 35 ℃ temperature regimes and 100 ﹪ emerge
shoot through natural cooling. The development of floral buds and
anthesis were tolerated to 35/30 ℃ or hot summer condition. This
indicated that these hybrids have exhibited heat tolerance and
adapted to 35/30 ℃ to 15/13 ℃ temperature regimes. Heat
tolerance feature combined with high vigorness to rosette growth
would facilitate the yearound forcing culture. These intergroup
hybrids also express highly sterility. In L/A hybrid NW × San-1,
the percentage of chromosome pairing is 85 ~ 93 ﹪ and almost
formed 11 II + 2 I or 12 II. In contrary, the L/O hybrid LD ×
CB is almost formed 24 univalent, which indicated the
relationship between Longiflorum and Asiatic hybrids is closer
than Longiflorum and Oriental hybrids. It''s easier to recover
sterility in L/O hybrid than L/A hybrid by chromosome doubling.
