Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 護理學研究所 === 84 === The purpose of this study was to explore"Mother''s rearing attitudes"and"Patterns of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) children coping in stressful situation of daily life,and analyzed their relationship. Subjects who were ever diagnosed to be ADHD by psychiatric doctors were chosen by purposive sampling from Children Mental Health Center of Hospital of NTNU and of Taipei Fu-Yo Hospital, are school-age children and their mothers.Fifty effective questionaires were completed through structural interviewing from home visit.These data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test,one way ANOVA,Pearson correlation. The reaults of study revealed that:( I)Between mother''s normal rearing attitudes and patterns of ADHD children coping in stress -ful situation of daily life:(1)" Facing or solving the problems"as positive correlative with "Considerateness" and "Whole". (2)Escape-avoidance" was negative correlative withs". II)Between mother''s special rearing attitudes and patterns of hildren coping in stressful situation of daily life:(1)"Escape-voidance"was negative correlative with "Spiritual encouragement".2)" Complaint about incomfort of body"was negative correlative spiritual encouragement"and"Whole".(3)"Seeking social support" wasositive correlative with "Spiritual encouragement"," Objectivencouragement"and"Whole".(4)"Emotional expression"was positiveorrelative with"Objective encouragement".(5)"Whole"was positiveorrelative with"Spiritual encouragement" and "Whole". Basde on these findings,this study suggests:(1) Encouragingothers pay positive attitudes including spiritual or objectivencouragement and so on to manage with ADHDchildren behaviors.(2)elping mothers to understand the patterns of ADHD children copingtressful situation of daily life.
